Crochet Elegant Lace-Sleeved Sweater Free Pattern

Materials:
- Yarn: Worsted weight yarn in a neutral color
- Crochet hook: Size H/8 (5.0 mm)
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
Abbreviations:
- ch - chain
- sc - single crochet
- dc - double crochet
- sl st - slip stitch
- st(s) - stitch(es)
- rep - repeat
Gauge:
10 dc and 5 rows = 4 inches
Instructions:
Front and Back Panels (make 2):
- Ch 74 for a small size (add multiples of 2 for larger sizes).
- Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook and in each ch across. Turn.
- Rows 2-25: Ch 2, dc in each st across. Turn. (Adjust length as needed)
Ribbed Hem:
- Attach yarn at the bottom of the panel with sl st.
- Row 1: Ch 8, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each remaining ch. Sl st to next 2 dc on the panel. Turn.
- Row 2: Skip the sl sts, sc in back loops of each sc. Turn.
- Repeat Row 2 until the ribbing completes the panel width.
Sleeves (make 2):
- Ch 54.
- Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook, *ch 1, sk 1 ch, dc in next ch; rep from * across. Turn.
- Rows 2-12: Ch 3, dc in first dc, *ch 1, dc in next dc; rep from * across. Turn.
- Rows 13-25: Continue in lace pattern, increasing 2 sts at the beginning and end of each row to widen the sleeves.
Ribbed Cuffs:
- Attach yarn at the sleeve end with sl st.
- Row 1: Ch 7, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch. Sl st to next 2 dc on the sleeve. Turn.
- Row 2: Skip the sl sts, sc in back loops in each sc across. Turn.
- Repeat Row 2 until the cuff completes the sleeve circumference.
Assembly:
- Align front and back panels and sew shoulder seams.
- Sew sleeves to the body, aligning the center of the sleeve with shoulder seams.
- Fold sweater and sew side seams from ribbed hem to armpit, and underarm seam of sleeves.
- Weave in all ends and block if necessary.
