Simple Crochet Half-Circle Coaster Pattern
Materials
- Yarn: Worsted weight cotton yarn in beige
- Crochet Hook: Size G/4.00mm
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
Gauge
12 stitches x 14 rows = 4 inches in single crochet
Abbreviations
- ch – chain
- sc – single crochet
- st(s) – stitch(es)
- sl st – slip stitch
Instructions
Foundation
- Ch 4, sl st into the first ch to form a ring.
Row 1
- Ch 1, work 6 sc into the ring. Turn.
Row 2
- Ch 1, 2 sc in each st across. (12 sts) Turn.
Row 3
- Ch 1, *(1 sc in the next st, 2 sc in next st), repeat from * across. (18 sts) Turn.
Row 4
- Ch 1, *(1 sc in each of next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st), repeat from * across. (24 sts) Turn.
Row 5
- Ch 1, sc in each st across. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Finishing
