Knitting Elegant Clothespin Angel Figurine Free Pattern

Materials Needed

• Worsted weight yarn in cream
• Knitting needles size US 5 (3.75mm)
• Clothespin
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
• Hot glue gun

Abbreviations

• CO: Cast On
• BO: Bind Off
• k: Knit
• p: Purl
• st(s): Stitch(es)
• kfb: Knit into front and back of next stitch
• k2tog: Knit 2 together

Body

1. CO 30 sts.
2. Work in knit 1, purl 1 ribbing for 20 rows.
3. Bind off and seam the edges together to form a tube.

Head

1. CO 12 sts.
2. Work in stockinette stitch for 10 rows.
3. On the next row, *k2tog; repeat from * to end - 6 sts remain.
4. Thread yarn through remaining sts and pull tight.
5. Shape into a round ball and sew onto the top of the body.

Wings

1. CO 15 sts.
