Instructions

Foundation Chain

Ch 92.

Row 1

In the fourth ch from hook, dc. *Ch 1, skip next ch, dc in next ch. Repeat from * across. Turn.

Row 2

Ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in first dc, ch 1, skip next dc, *dc in next ch space, ch 1. Repeat from * across, ending with dc in top of turning ch. Turn.

Repeat Row 2

Repeat Row 2 until piece measures 32 inches from starting edge.

Joining

Fold piece in half to form poncho. Join edges with sl st. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Adding Fringe

Cut strands of yarn twice the desired length of fringe. Attach fringe evenly along the bottom edge.

Finishing

Weave in any remaining ends. Block to shape if necessary.
