Head

1. Start with a magic ring, 6 sc in ring. (6 sts)
2. Round 2: inc in each st around. (12 sts)
3. Round 3: *1 sc, inc*, repeat around. (18 sts)
4. Rounds 4-6: sc in each st around. (18 sts)
5. Round 7: *1 sc, dec*, repeat around. (12 sts)
6. Round 8: dec around. (6 sts)
7. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Body

1. Attach yarn at the base of the head, ch 2.
2. Round 1: Work 12 dc into the ring. (12 sts)
3. Round 2: *dc, inc*, repeat around. (18 sts)
4. Round 3: *2 dc, inc*, repeat around. (24 sts)
5. Round 4: *3 dc, inc*, repeat around. (30 sts)
