Materials

12. Fasten off and weave in ends.

Assembly

1. Attach clouds evenly around the hoop using yarn strands. Secure with knots.
2. Attach raindrops to the bottom of each cloud using yarn strands of varying lengths. Knot to secure.
3. Use a long strand of yarn to attach the top of the clouds to the wooden bead and gather all strands at a central point above the hoop.
4. Securely attach the wooden bead to allow for hanging.
