Materials

Instructions

Beanie:

1. Start with a magic ring.
2. Round 1: Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 11 dc into the ring. Pull tight and join with a sl st to the top of the first dc (12 sts).
3. Round 2: Ch 3, dc in the same st, 2 dc in each st around. Join (24 sts).

Scarf:

1. Ch 20.
2. Row 1: Sc in the 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across (19 sc).
3. Row 2: Ch 3, dc in the first st, *sk 1 st, dc in the next st; repeat from * across. Turn.
4. Row 3: Ch 1, sc in each dc across. Turn.
5. Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until the scarf reaches your desired length (about 60 inches works well).

Finishing Touches
